Lifetime Course Library is a one-time $499 purchase for every current and future course forever. Seat counts and deadlines appear only when an active course offer publishes them.

No-refund policy

Paid course purchases are final and non-refundable unless TrainDontStop is required to do otherwise by applicable law or card-network rules. Open a support/account issue before filing a payment dispute so access problems can be reviewed directly.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or ban of course/account access where permitted by applicable law and payment-network rules. Reinstatement is not guaranteed.

Referral and credit terms

Rail Pass Rewards credits are LearnAI course credits only. They are not cash, not withdrawable in v1, and cannot be used for billing, hosting automation, or unrelated products. Support boundary

Individual course purchases include no private help. All-Access Pass includes one private help thread per month with JD while subscribed. Cancelling All-Access ends all-access library access and the monthly help thread benefit; individually purchased courses remain owned. Lifetime Course Library includes course-content access only, all course rooms forever, quizzes, certificates, and Lifetime flair. Lifetime does not include monthly private help, recurring access to JD, managed setup, emergency support, or a guarantee that every individual machine, business process, or AI workflow can be fixed.

Course content, account sharing, and redistribution

LearnAI lessons, quiz questions, answer rationales, simulated panels, templates, certificates, and course downloads are TrainDontStop course materials for your personal learning only. You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, bulk-copy, publish, upload, share, or make derivative course packs from the materials except where TrainDontStop gives written permission.

Account sharing is not allowed. Private reader content may include visible watermarks, access logs, and abuse monitoring to deter redistribution and protect the course library. These controls are deterrents, not a promise that copying, screenshots, screen recording, cameras, or manual transcription can be fully prevented.

Suspected piracy, account sharing, scraping, bulk access, chargeback abuse, or redistribution may result in access review, suspension, revocation, or other action where permitted by law and payment-network rules. TrainDontStop will not delete legal, payment, safety, or abuse-audit records blindly.

LearnAI courses are educational only. TrainDontStop does not operate, secure, back up, repair, or manage your devices, accounts, data, business, or AI tools. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output, protecting your data, making backups, and deciding whether any command, prompt, workflow, checklist, template, or example is safe for your situation.

Do not paste secrets, passwords, API keys, recovery codes, private customer data, financial records, medical records, legal documents, confidential business information, or private configuration files into AI tools. Prompt templates are examples only; replace sensitive details with generic sample text.
