• Credits cannot create a negative checkout total or outside cash value.
• Pending credits are not available until approved or released from hold.
• Promotional credits expire only if expiration is disclosed when earned.
• Admin may deny, void, revoke, or claw back credits tied to abuse, disputes, chargebacks, refunds, or fraud flags.
